I lost my username password for windows

Have yo ever lost your password to log into windows.  If so try downloading the Hirens boot CD http://www.hirensbootcd.org/  Follow these steps.

1 Create a bootable version of the Hirens
2. boot in to the hirensand use the tool in hirens to change passwords.
